Six months ago, Careers Ideas engaged a team of 4 Lancaster University business students to conduct research on our behalf into the barriers employers face when hiring and the barriers Neurodiverse students face when applying for roles.

Thrilled to attend Forces Transition Group’s live employer event in Cheltenham, connecting with organisations committed to supporting service leavers, veterans, and military families into meaningful civilian careers.
For some time, I've been pondering on setting up a podcast, to support service personnel transition successfully to civvy street. As Bronze holders of the Employer Recognition Scheme, I wanted Careers Ideas Ltd to do something more than what we do already to support transitioning service members and their families. After watching the final film in the Mission Impossible film series, the idea was born:-
