Earlier this year, Careers Ideas supported two work placement students as part of their work experience week, Lottie came to us in May, Stivan in July.

It was such an enjoyable experience and just as important to learn about their world as they learnt about being 'work ready'.

At the end of each week, we both felt we had benefitted enormously from our week together. Lottie and Stivan now have a clear career and academic plan post A-Levels and I'm learning about TikTok for business! Watch this space!
