Deborah is a Chartered Fellow with the CMI and has over 30 years experience of working in business consultancy, project management and senior leader resourcing. She is highly experienced in Leadership & Management and Project Management methodologies and has worked extensively in the public and private sector.
She is a Careers, Curriculum and Welfare Governor for a local Secondary school and is passionate about supporting students to link their academic interests to meaningful career routes.
She is a Safer Recruiter for the Department for Education and utilises this knowledge when supporting SMEs to develop robust hiring strategies. She offers coaching and mentoring to senior leadership teams and is a Veteran of the Armed Forces, (Army) with an exemplary record of achievement.
Deborah is the founder of Mission Employable UK, a podcast dedicated to supporting transitioning military personnel and their families.
Trish is highly trained in SEND education and supports a range of pupils with diverse needs. She has extensive experience of working in the public and private sector including Careers Education.
She brings a wealth of experience and knowledge of SEND frameworks and supported internships. She is highly qualified in Careers Advice Education and Guidance, and is familiar with funding streams to support SEND pupils.
Her son James is a 2x Olympic Champion in Cycling, winning two Silvers and one Bronze medal as part of the Great Britain Special Olympic team.
