Deborah is a Chartered Fellow with the CMI and has over 30 years experience of working in business consultancy, project management and senior leader resourcing. She is highly experienced in Leadership & Management and Project Management methodologies and has worked extensively in the public and private sector.
She has extensive experience of being a Governor in both primary and secondary schools and is passionate about supporting students to link their academic interests into meaningful career routes.
She is a trained Safer Recruiter for the Department for Education and utilises this knowledge when supporting SMEs to develop robust hiring strategies. She offers career coaching and mentoring to senior leadership teams and is a Veteran of the Armed Forces, (Army) with an exemplary record of achievement.
Deborah is the founder of Mission Employable UK® a podcast dedicated to supporting transitioning military personnel and their families and works closely with Defence organisations.
