She is highly experienced in Leadership & Management and Project Management methodologies and has worked extensively in the public and private sector.
She is a Careers, Curriculum and Welfare Governor for a local Secondary school and is passionate about supporting students to link their academic interests to meaningful career routes.
She is a Safer Recruiter for the Department for Education and utilises this knowledge when supporting SMEs to develop robust hiring strategies. She offers coaching and mentoring to senior leadership teams and is a Veteran of the Armed Forces, (Army) with an exemplary record of achievement.
