Careers Ideas are passionate about supporting our future work force with their Career development.  We recognise the value of developing strategic partnerships and the important role Research and Development will play in our development plans.

I am delighted to announce that we have teamed up with Lancaster University second year LUMS students to undertake a six month project which forms a core part of their 'Consulting in Practice' module.

The Research into Careers development and barriers to resourcing, will form a key part of our strategic growth plans. Our aim is to create a resourcing system that makes the job application process simpler for employers, students and job seekers with protected characteristics.
