Careers Ideas Receive Silver ERS Award!!

I'm absolutely delighted and incredibly proud to announce that Careers Ideas Ltd® have been awarded the Silver Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) Award from the UK Ministry of Defence. For a micro-business, this is a huge achievement and recognition of our ongoing commitment to supporting the Armed Forces community, including veterans, reservists, military spouses, service leavers, and their families.

Over the last few years, we have worked tirelessly alongside partners to create meaningful opportunities that improve employability, skills development, and career outcomes for military communities. Through our collaboration with College For Military Veterans and Emergency Services and the launch of Mission Employable UK® podcast, we have continued to demonstrate that size is no barrier to making a significant impact.

We are proud contributors to the North West Regional Defence & Security Cluster supporting the development of future skills, innovation, and workforce readiness across defence, technology, and emerging industries.

This Silver Award belongs to everyone who has supported our mission, partnered with us, trusted us to deliver programmes, and championed the value that the ArmedForces community brings to employers and the wider economy. We look forward to continuing our work with the Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust, UK Ministry of Defence, employers, education providers, and industry partners to create opportunities and strengthen the talent pipeline our defence employers need.
