Careers Ideas have joined Lancaster District Training Providers Network to enable us to work in partnership with other organisations across the Lancaster region.

We are delighted to announce that Careers Ideas Ltd have formally received the Bronze award from the Defence Recognition Scheme (ERS) and are the 100th employer in Lancashire to receive this coveted award! 🥉

National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) takes place between 5 to 11 February 2024 and is an opportunity for the education and skills sector to celebrate the achievements of apprentices around the country and the positive impact they make to communities, businesses, and the wider economy.😁

We are thrilled to announce that we have signed up to become a Level 1 Disability Confident Committed employer.

For some time, I've been pondering on setting up a podcast, to support service personnel transition successfully to civvy street. As Bronze holders of the Employer Recognition Scheme, I wanted Careers Ideas Ltd to do something more than what we do already to support transitioning service members and their families. After watching the final film in the Mission Impossible film series, the idea was born:-
