National Apprenticeship Week (NAW) takes place between 5 to 11 February 2024 and is an opportunity for the education and skills sector to celebrate the achievements of apprentices around the country and the positive impact they make to communities, businesses, and the wider economy.😁

It's a great opportunity for employers in the region to explore offering apprenticeships to our future workforce. 😁

I will be offering Careers guidance to students attending Lancaster & Morecambe Colleges Careers and Apprenticeships evening on Tuesday from 4-6pm and will also be delivering two key talks on the Hiring Process and Body Language for students who are attending Myerscough College's Careers Expo and Arbor Day on Wednesday 7th. 🙋‍♀️

I'll be squeezing in a trip to UCLAN for the launch of the BEOI, Business, Enterprise and Organisational Impact event held at the Engineering Innovation Centre and will be actively seeking opportunities for our future young workforce.

I'm looking forward to a busy week ahead, full of lots of positive conversations and signposting. Let me know if you have any opportunities within your organisation and I will send students your way 😁
