Careers Ideas have joined Lancaster District Training Providers Network to enable us to work in partnership with other organisations across the Lancaster region. This collaborative approach will ensure there is provision for economically inactive and unemployed adults to gain support into work. The Network will also explore ways in which we can support employers across the district by offering relevant skills training to their current and future workforce.
