Career guidance is a collaborate conversation

National Careers Week (NCW) is a one-week celebration of careers guidance and free resources in education across the UK. Our aim next week is to provide a focus for careers guidance activity at an important stage in the academic calendar to help support young people develop awareness and excitement about their future pathways.

We will be supporting a range of students, all with different learning styles and abilities, to explore Career options that are aligned to their interests. We are also designing a series of workshops for hiring managers to understand how they can make reasonable adjustments at interview for neurodiverse candidates.
