In early February, I spent the weekend in London which included a visit to Richard Branson's Virgin Hotel in Shoreditch.

Richard and fellow entrepreneur Simon Squibb, came up with a unique way of pitching for funding to develop an idea!

Being Dyslexic, and having extensive experience of the resourcing market and the difficulties neurodiverse people face when seeking roles, I want to develop an interactive hiring app that uses AI which is designed to help neurodiverse candidate access job roles more easily and enables employers to create a much more interactive hiring function.  It's a radical approach and one that, in my opinion and experience is most definitely needed.  The pitch I did led to an invitation to submit an application to go on BBC's Dragons Den!
