In early February, I spent the weekend in London which included a visit to Richard Branson's Virgin Hotel in Shoreditch.
Richard and fellow entrepreneur Simon Squibb, came up with a unique way of pitching for funding to develop an idea!
Being Dyslexic, and having extensive experience of the resourcing market and the difficulties neurodiverse people face when seeking roles, I want to develop an interactive hiring app that uses AI which is designed to help neurodiverse candidate access job roles more easily and enables employers to create a much more interactive hiring function. It's a radical approach and one that, in my opinion and experience is most definitely needed. The pitch I did led to an invitation to submit an application to go on BBC's Dragons Den! Stay tuned!!

Supporting Service children and addressing missed SEND opportunities.
For some time, I've been pondering on setting up a podcast, to support service personnel transition successfully to civvy street. As Bronze holders of the Employer Recognition Scheme, I wanted Careers Ideas Ltd to do something more than what we do already to support transitioning service members and their families.
