Deborah becomes a Chartered Fellow with the CMI! ⭐👏
Becoming a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (CMI) represents more than a professional milestone.
Careers Ideas were recently joined by Dom, who is a current serving soldier with the British Army.
Dom approached us to ask if he could spend the week shadowing Deborah as part of his Civil Work Attachment, a valuable benefit to exiting personnel.
'I was delighted to have Dom join us and bring fresh insight into new ways of working' says Deborah. We had a packed week of events which aligned beautifully to Dom's career goals in Project Management.
The students loved the added bonus of being able to learn about work ethic, trust and teamwork in the British Army which Dom demonstrated beautifully. Interestingly, they were all in favour of the Government developing an initiative not dissimilar to National Service! Insightful indeed!

What an incredible day I spent aboard HMS Belfast in early March with a bunch of extremely talented Armed Forces Female Veterans! 🤩

In early February, I spent the weekend in London which included a visit to Richard Branson's Virgin Hotel in Shoreditch.
